Arsa (Ariselu) is an Indian sweet from Andhra Pradesh and Odisha. It is also called Kajjaya in Kannada, Anarsa in Marathi, use or anarsa in Bihar and Jharkhand. This sweet dish is high on the taste meter and low on the calorie meter which makes it so hugely popular.
